NEXO, the car I worked on the most
At Hyundai Motor Company, I worked as a Research Engineer mainly in charge of developing and engineering Control Valve, Ion Filter and Coolant Pipe in Thermal Management System of Fuel Cell Vehicle.
As a part process of developing components, I mainly established the Engineering Specifications of these components; including mechanical/thermal/electrical durability, NVH, and safety standards using vehicle/component operational and experimental data.
For example, I created a set of durability evaluation criteria for the Control Valve based on the vehicle/component operational data(operating range, speed, duration with respect to driving or external conditions of the component) concerning the objective warranty period to guarantee the performance, and these criteria were adopted.
